Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Together, we strive to build a diverse and inclusive culture in our community.

Why it Matters

At Wittenberg, we strive to build a diverse and inclusive campus that enhances the living, learning, and working environment for every member of our community.

How We Can Make a Difference

  • We can support the The McClain Center for Diversity and Inclusion FundCreated in 2020, this fund allows for enhanced programming for the McClain Center for Diversity and Inclusion. This fund may be used for, but not limited to, student programming, leadership development, and/or other areas of need that have been identified.
  • We can give to the Concerned Black Students (CBS) Scholarship. Gifts to this scholarship fund provide financial aid to deserving African American students who have shown demonstrated need, with preference given to students who are active in the CBS organization.

Why Right Now

Wittenberg is full of students who will thrive here and go on to become responsible global citizens who lead lives of creativity. By building a community of diverse cultures and backgrounds, we strive to encourage ALL students to become their best selves.

It is time for Wittenberg to continue to be true to itself, steadfast in our mission to provide a liberal arts education to intellectually inquisitive, diverse classes of students who pass their light on to the world.
