Crowdfunding applications are now being accepted for the 2024-2025 academic year!
Wittenberg University students, faculty and staff with a crowdfunding campaign idea are encouraged to apply. Before submitting an application, please make sure: 1) your project qualifies to be featured on the Witt Crowdfunding site, 2) your goal is realistic and has been approved by your Sr. Staff member, 3) you and your team are willing to put in the time and effort to make your project a success.
Witt Crowdfunding projects must be University-centered and funds raised must directly benefit the experience for students, faculty, and/or staff.
Please be advised that the completion of this application does not guarantee acceptance of your project request.
If selected, you will be expected to produce a 1–2-minute video and provide applicable photos to promote your project.

What are the requirements for a successful project?
1) A passionate team. Your team leaders and project advocates will need to be committed to creating your Witt Crowdfunding project content/updates and to actively solicit donations throughout the entire project timeline. Launching your project page is only the beginning of the journey.
2) A large crowd of supporters. Your team must be willing to personally reach out to family, friends, colleagues, alumni, etc. for support. The success of the project is a direct result of the group's outreach efforts.
3) A project that connects with the mission of Wittenberg University and is supported by project advocates who are 100 percent invested in the cause are essential for a successful Witt Crowdfunding project.
