Update as of Feb. 8, 2021 Now we have an offer of a $2000 matching gift to help us reach the $25,000 needed to endow the scholarship! Every gift given between now and March 31st designated for the Class of ’79 Scholarship—Commit to Witt Challenge will be matched dollar for dollar, up to $2000, so your gift will have double the impact. Every gift, large or small, makes a difference. Ten-dollar gifts from many of us would make it possible for us to raise the remaining $2864!
Almost 45 years in the making, the 40th Reunion arrives at a unique time in our lives. We can't wait to see you back on campus this fall! The Reunion offers the opportunity to reengage with Wittenberg in another important way too. Reunion giving is an opportunity for all Class of 1979 alumni to support Wittenberg University in a way that will make a difference in the lives of current and future Wittenberg students. Our goal is to establish the Class of ’79 Endowed Scholarship by raising $25,000. We ask each classmate to consider a gift of $200 this year to achieve this goal. We need the support of 125 of us to get there. No amount is too small and the more participation at any level the better! Let’s help the next students have the opportunity we were given.
