Established in 2008, the Susan Hirt Hagen Center for Civic & Urban Engagement is the one of the most visible manifestations of Wittenberg’s mission to challenge students to lead personal, professional, and civic lives of creativity, service, compassion, and integrity. We are committed to creating community engagement experiences with faculty, staff, and community partners that advance the common good and empower students to be active, engaged citizens and catalysts for change.
