Why It Matters
At Wittenberg, Tiger Ventures strives to strengthen and develop the business skills of students by allowing them to operate in student-run and student-led business units, currently including Sip’s Coffee Bar and Tiger Fuel. We are one of many places and organizations where that “outside of the classroom” learning happens. College is about learning and growing, as well as about how to function in the larger society, become self-reliant, and embrace self-discipline.
How We Can Make a Difference
Tiger Ventures is the largest on-campus employer dedicated to providing students with a unique and enriching educational experience focused on business learning and practical application. Through this initiative, students will have the chance to delve into the intricacies of business while collaboratively engaging with fellow students. The organization is designed to cover fundamental business concepts, including finance, marketing, and operation management, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of the inner workings of a business. Working across multiple individual business units including Sip’s Coffee Bar and Tiger Fuel, Tiger Ventures puts employees in real-world business scenarios, allowing students to apply their knowledge in a hands-on and interactive manner. By fostering a supportive and experiential learning environment, Tiger Ventures seeks to encourage the exchange of ideas and the development of essential skills necessary for Wittenberg students to succeed in the business world.

Tiger Ventures is looking for donations from generous alumni and those interested in our program to continue to fuel our rapid expansion and innovations for the overall benefit of young entrepreneurs.
